Outback Adventure
The "8-day Outback Adventure" started on Saturday 11 October 2008.
Mac West was the only club member who managed to rearrange his work, family, and social life successfully enough to accompany Lorraine on her big adventure.
Lorraine and Mac were both riding the same type of bike : the 1986 model BMW K75. These low-maintenance bikes have a three cylinder 750cc water cooled engine, good performance and fuel consumption, and are ideal for a trip like this.
